Responsibilities
� Grow auto insurance business
� Meet/Exceed sales goals in auto
� Cross-sell other insurance products as needed
� Maintain all State Farm tracking requirements in ECRM and other computer systems as required by Agent

� Base Salary plus commission/bonus
� Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days)
� Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance are available after 60 days of employment

Requirements
� Insurance Sales Experience/ Property & Casualty and L/H licenses required (in order to work from home).
� Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing)
� Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas
� Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
� Self-motivated
� Ability to multi-task
� Ability to effectively relate to a customer
� Property & Casualty license
� Life & Health license
