Immigration Attorney
The Law Offices of Thomas J. Tarigo is seeking an Immigration Attorney (Full Time) to become a part of our team! You will represent clients in legal proceedings, draft legal documents, memorandums, briefs, and advise clients on legal decisions.
Responsibilities in this fast-paced professional environment include:
- Attending daily immigration hearings before Federal Immigration Judges and United States Citizenship and Immigration Services Officers.
- Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients.
- Review of client files on an ongoing basis.
- Candidates should possess either knowledge of immigration law or a strong willingness to learn Immigration Law.
- Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
Qualifications:
- Bar Admission / Licensed in any of the 50 U.S. States.
- Familiarity with various immigration law is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Travel:
- Travel throughout Southern California on a regular basis to various local courts and agency offices.
- Occasional travel to Immigration Courts within the United States.
- Travel expenses will be reimbursed.
Compensation:
