Graphic Design
As someone with a couple of years of experience behind you, you�ll come in prepared with a basic understanding of
marketing and communication strategy. This prior experience coupled with product training and support from our
engineering and sales teams will set you up to develop and implement our company wide marketing goals and
objectives.
You will:
? Analyze current and past marketing data to help determine overall marketing strategy.
? Ensure marketing ideas coincide with the company's brand and mission statement.
? Research consumer demand and explore ways to increase it.
? Develop and implement marketing & creative services initiatives involving, electronic advertising, online
presence, and social media.
? Assist with the development and writing of marketing materials, such as plans, recommendations, product
literature, and presentations.
? Collaborate with other departments to streamline customer communication.
What You Need to Get the Job Done
? 2+ years combined experience in marketing
? Experience in marketing communications and administration.
? Experience running successful business-to-business campaigns.
? Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and website content management systems.
? Relevant college degree preferred or equivalent experience

Your Working Environment
? Minimal physical activity and effort involving alternating positions of light physical behaviors (sitting,

opportunity to move about at will. Activities require a variety of easy muscle movements.
? Works in an environment with occasional exposure to mild unpleasant or disagreeable conditions, e.g., negligible
conditions of dust, dirt, noxious odors, noise etc. and/or a remote possibility of risk of accident or health hazards.
