Job Description
Installers will prep and install concrete coatings such as epoxy/polyurea to garage and basement floors using the highest quality products in a safe and productive manner. Some installations will include storage shelves and cabinets. Qualified candidates can install both flooring and storage. The ideal candidate will possess great communication skills, work ethic and will interact in a professional manner with our Project Managers, Designers and Customers to resolve plan and product issues. We have experienced significant growth over the last several years and are looking for an ambitious, self-motivated, installer to join our expanding team.
Skills Required
Repair and prep concrete floors
Install epoxy/polyurea floor coating systems
Problem solve on-site plan issues with the team
Support the installation of cabinetry and organization products
Experience with hand and power tools
High quality workmanship and detail oriented
Excellent customer service skills
Additional Requirements
Preferred 1 year of installation experience
Valid driver’s license with clean record
Ability to drive to all job sites or company warehouse
Able to lift 50+ pounds
Timeliness to job sites every time – extremely punctual
The candidate must be able to pass a drug and criminal background check.
