Small but busy, privately owned and operated hearing aid dispensing practice needs full-time front desk office coordinator. Commitment to superior customer service is essential.

Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting patients, scheduling appointments, accepting and recording payments, scanning documents, and other miscellaneous office duties.

Required skills:

Superior customer service, clear speaking voice and attention to detail.
Comfortable with marketing/sales.
Proficient in Microsoft Office. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior experience in an office setting preferred.
Previous experience with hearing aids/hearing impaired population a plus.
High school diploma/some college preferred.
