NOTE! - Schedule would be Monday -Thursday, 2:30pm - Close(~10:00pm) and Sunday 6:30am - 3:00pm, off Friday and Saturday.
DUTIES
Rockabilly Cafe employees create a fun in-store atmosphere and provide knowledgeable and friendly customer service. Kitchen staff must be motivated, able to embrace a team environment and have effective communication skills.�
As a FOH Manager, some of your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
Maintaining an orderly FOH
Work closely with BOH to help with overall efficiency
Assist customers
Stock products
Organizing and coordinating with GM for setting up special in store events
Taking inventory
Supervise and train FOH employees
Professional and courteous communications
Creating and maintaining store records
Working with GM to manage marketing, merchandising and expense control to maximize profits
Being a �Jack of all trades� to all things Rockabilly�Cafe, making operations smooth and efficient
Ideal applicants will be strong leaders, have excellent communication & interpersonal skills and have at least 2 years of FOH restaurant supervisory or management experience. You must be 18 years or older.
