*Able to handle large events and create floral arrangements of a variety of designs and sizes
*Ability to create custom hand-tied bouquets
*Ability to create custom floral arrangements in store based on the needs and input from our clientele
*Understands and able to educate customers on plants and flowers
*Excellent customer service skills
*Very reliable
*Able to work a cash register
*Minimum 1-2 years Floral Design experience a must
