Finish Carpenter
Limitless Property Works is currently seeking a highly motivated professional Carpenter with experience in finish carpentry. Individuals will showcase their finish carpentry skills in residential construction.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for proper completion of carpentry scope while managing all field activities related to each project.
- Have thorough knowledge of use of all carpentry hand and power tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Ability to perform layout work.
- Ability to mark and cut lumber, millwork and casework to accurate lengths and configurations.
- Ability to proficiently assemble parts and pieces as noted on drawings.
- Ability to hang doors, set window and door trims.
- Ability to install interior millwork, on-site cabinetry construction, crown moldings, and finish hardware.
- Maintain professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Abide by all OSHA and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Must have valid drivers license and own a vehicle.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in residential and/or commercial construction.
- Must have excellent communication and time management skills; ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Excellent work history and ethic.
- Ability to properly lift up to 75lbs.
- Must possess the ability to work on elevated surfaces, ladders, scaffold, etc.
