Entry Level Sales / Executive Assistant �
Position Summary
Reporting to the SVP of Product and Business Development � Working in our Carrollton, Tx office, this role will work directly with the SVP to manage day to day office operations along with learning the sales side of the lighting business. This position will serve as a entry level position to the sales division of Longstar lighting.
Job Responsibilities
� Compile Weekly, Monthly and Yearly sales reports to be distributed throughout the leadership team of the company.
� On-demand reporting of sales and operational data
� Assist in daily operational needs of Carrolton office and warehouse.
� Work cross functionally with internal team�s warehouse operations, accounting, Sales and Product teams to accomplish task and projects.
� Participate in key account presentations and line reviews where applicable
� Performs other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
� Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, or related field
� Highly proficient with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
� Strong verbal and written communication & presentation skills
� Possess intellectual curiosity and strong business acumen
� Ability to work independently under minimal supervision and operate in an ambiguous environment
