Typical office duties include: answering phones, helping new clients complete applications, organizing, identifying, and filing existing client/case applications. Staff members will also be responsible for closing and archiving files, scanning and shredding documents as directed, as well as other assigned tasks.

Any applicant should have an efficient, expedient, and independently-minded work ethic. Persons should be reliable, detail-oriented, dependable, and punctual.

Fluency in Spanish is preferred.

If hired, it is essential that applicants maintain a courteous and respectful demeanor when speaking with clients in person and over the phone.

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications

High School

Some College Preferable

Strong Grammar Skills Preferable.
