Early Childhood Teacher
Michelle's Academy offers childcare for ages 6 weeks-12 years old and we have 3 locations and our location here in Blacklick, Ohio is hiring for several positions! We are looking for both full-time and part-time teachers who have a big, kind, creative, and kid-loving heart!
Our teachers plan age-appropriate lessons aligned with ODJFS standards and Teaching Strategies Creative Curriculum. Each classroom has a daily schedule posted that aligns with how the days are run.
We are open Monday-Friday 6:30 AM-5:30 PM! Pay ranges from $10.00-$16.00 per hour based on experience and education. Unforutenly being a small business we do not offer insurance benefits but we offer sick time, PTO, vacation time, and every other week direct deposit. We are closed on major holidays and do staff professional development days throughout the year for team-building activities and training. We celebrate our teachers several times a year by doing staff outings, lunch-ins, staff spotlights, teacher of the month, small little competitions :), and time out of the classrooms for lesson plans/ongoing documentation/and assessments.

We are looking for someone to join our team that is not afraid to dance around the room, get paint on them, sing along to the songs, up and down off the ground, and let the kids lead play. -Preschool 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
-Pre-Kindergarten 8:15 AM to 5:15 PM
-Infant/Toddler 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
-School-Age/Bus Driver (must be 26) 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM/1:30 PM to 5:30 PM
-Floaters (all classrooms) hours vary
