Retail Supervisor
eBikeAve has two locations and is seeking a supervisor to help develop its growing e-Bike business. eBikeAve is not your typical bike shop. We started 13 years ago and still are an Apple Computer repair center that has now expanded into the growing e-transportation market. We have always been an extremely honest customer first friendly business. The person taking on this role cares deeply about the environment and sees themselves in the revolution of low carbon mobility. Patience is a virtue to help our customers find the right e-Bike and accessories. We have a great alliance with some of the top e-Bike manufacturers in the world and we are looking to expand our line up with the possibility of our own brand. Our goal is to maintain top quality e-Bike inventory assembled and ready to roll out the door to meet or exceed customer's expectations.
Duties Include:
�Experience in customer service via phone, email, chat and social media
�Passion for developing relationships with customers
�Eager to learn, and can assimilate & retain information quickly
�Excellent flexibility, verbal and written communication skills
�Ability to walk, stand, and sit for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours / day
�A passion for teaching others and ability to do some in a variety of ways
�Create content on eBikeA------------ , Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Tiktok, make videos, photos
�Help Customers with Test Ride E-Bikes and Warranty Service
�Maintain proper inventory in both retail locations
�Availability to work a 5 days a week typically 10AM to 6PM
�Be a team player in our Apple Computer Repair Business
