Draftsman
Peerless of America, LLC is a global manufacturing firm headquartered in Effingham, IL. We are looking to add CAD Draftsman/ Designer or Programmer to our team. The Draftsman creates and modifies technical drawings for product construction and manufacturing according to customer specifications and demand. The programmer is responsible for programming and operating a turret punch press as well as assisting in other press room operations. As a member of the Engineering team, the employee assists Engineering processes and various downstream processes while working safely and being a good partner to the other members of the company. The hours would be 10 hours 4 days a week (Monday - Thursday).
Key Skills: Proficient in modeling assemblies and creating machine ready drawings with SolidWorks CAD software or similar software, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook. Must be self motivated and very organized with excellent time-management skills.
Benefits are 1st of month after 60 days employment and salary depends on experience.
