TLC Direct Care Staff (DCS), under the supervision of the group home manager, is responsible for monitoring and supervising our members, implementing programs, and providing the care and consistency needed to maintain a stable and productive home environment.

Summary of essential job functions

Monitoring and/or assisting in routine care of members.

Transporting members.

Distributing medication.

Completing all shift duties and maintaining the cleanliness of the group home.

Implementing behavior treatment plans.

Attending all required training, including internal in-services and maintaining all certifications as required by State and Federal regulations.

Promoting the professional reputation of TLC through a positive and productive interaction with management, members, families, and the community.

Professional and courteous demeanor at all times. Able to read, write, and speak English fluently.

Must be without physical or emotional limitation that would impair ability to fulfill the functions of the position, including freedom from substance abuse.

Must be emotionally mature, possessing the ability to understand and be comfortable interacting in a professional manner with other employees and the members we serve.

Schedule options:
• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Weekend availability

• Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
• Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (required), CPR First Aid, Article 9, Prevention and Support
