Digital Marketer
Bien Home Furniture is a group of furniture stores established in Houston, TX. We are a relatively new company and have three locations and are looking to expand fourth location soon. Although we are a small company, we have been able to develop and execute many inspiring projects in digital marketing and financing customers' furniture purchases.
The ideal bilingual candidate will create and manage digital marketing campaigns that help us best reach our target audience. You will plan and execute web, SEM/SEO, paid social media, texting, lead generation and email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player.
Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze effectiveness of marketing strategy
Manage and optimize google ads campaigns
Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns especially on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
Architect, build and maintain digital marketing materials, including websites, mobile applications, marketing emails, in-store pop printings and display banners
Qualifications
2+ year of digital marketing experience
Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads, Facebook Shop, Facebook Marketplace, Google Search Console, Google Analytics
Experience managing paid social media campaigns
Experience developing email marketing campaigns on mailchimp or similar platforms
Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a dynamic, high pressure and fast-paced environment.
Positive, self-starter attitude with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and receptive to feedback
Highly organized with extreme attention to detail
Demonstrated interest in fashion, design, Gen Y and Gen Z are plus

Salary: $52,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
