Looking for a dynamic Financial Advisor Customer Services Assistant (CSA) that is focused, motivated, and interested to grow with us. Our continued growth requires that add a CSA to our team. Working under the direction of the Lead Advisor, and Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be an integral part of our financial services practice.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
� Excellent command of English to be able to speak, read, and write fluently
� Dedication to detail and accuracy
� Ability to follow directions and work with minimum supervision; take ownership of assigned tasks, and think for themselves
� Excellent administrative, time management, and organizational skills
� Excellent responsiveness for telephone assistance, responding to calls, forwarding messages, tracking messages
� Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations

Proficiency in the use of computer programs for:
� Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
� Familiar with; Outlook Calendar, Client Relationship Software (CRM), and imaging and/or comparable software
� Internet savvy

Full-time on-site desired 40 hours a week 8:30-5:00 pm with a half hour for lunch.

Duties and Responsibilities
� Provides assistance in the day-to-day processing of client paperwork and transaction processing. This includes checking paperwork for completeness and accuracy and opening client accounts. Must be detailed oriented.
� Maintains and assists Financial Advisor�s, and COO�s schedule by setting up appointments for current and potential clients
� Organizes and maintains required compliance files, and keep paperwork and files up to date.
� Conducts research information and resolves any outstanding client, transaction, or paperwork issues.
� Receives and screens telephone calls, mail, and visitors, routes callers, takes messages, and answers questions
� Works with Advisor team � coordinates and enters client data in database, conducts client database reports as requested
� Builds/maintains relationships with client base focusing on quality personalized service

Additional Job Description
� Prepares and coordinates material for client meetings and reviews
� Is the practice liaison in the financial services process, holding all to task, to ensure timely and accurate reports
� Conducts research at the discretion of the Lead Advisor
� Downloads periodic investment performance reports and analysis
� Serves as client concierge, to ensure exceptional client relations
� May provide assistance or coordination and follow-up for client events or activities
� Completes all continuing education requirements in a timely fashion
� Performs other duties as assigned.

Desirable Qualifications
� Experience in administrative support or customer service, preferably in the financial services or insurance industry
� Excellent oral and written communication skills with a warm and professional demeanor
� Quick learner of modern technologies; a committed CRM user and a strong mastery of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and/or comparable software
� Superb organizational and follow-through skills, with a high degree of accuracy
� Ability to anticipate and solve problems and identify solutions
� If FINRA and/or SEC-registered - a clean compliance record
� Basic knowledge of bookkeeping processes and software (QuickBooks)
� Pursuing an Associate or Bachelors Business/Finance/Taxation or related field
� Commitment to obtaining FINRA registration, and/or insurance licensing within career path timeframes; if not already registered or licensed (Series 7 & Series 66)

� Required experience: Financial Services: Two years
