We are looking for a motivated and energetic person to help us with shipping/receiving and managing our warehouse. This position would also entail cross-training in our customer service department. A successful candidate must be passionate about providing excellent customer service and must be able to use the internet and various desktop applications including Excel, QuickBooks, Word, etc. This is a great position with vast opportunities to advance within the company. This is a full-time position. Pay can be flexible depending on experience.

We are looking for an intelligent, energetic, positive and honest individual to join our energetic team in the following capacity:

Responsibilities and Duties

Shipping:
- Carefully pick and package product to ship out
- Create labels for shipping out
- Work with UPS/other shippers/forwarders
- E-mail tracking numbers to customers

Receiving:
- Document and receive product into the warehouse in an efficient and accurate manner
- Organize received product in the warehouse
- Work with UPS/other shippers/forwarders
- Double check shipments (part numbers, etc.)/test product to make sure the received product is correct.

Warehouse:
- Keep warehouse organized, clean and neat.
- Look to improve warehouse aesthetics and usability
- Be able to reorganize product locations

Customer Service:
- Answer phone calls
- Process sales orders & invoices
- Answer quote requests via email, as well as over the phone
- Provide technical support to customers

Additional Necessary Skills
- Be able to communicate via e-mail, phone and in person in a concise and clear manner.
- Proficiently use a computer (Excel, Word, E-mail)
- Be punctual
- Have a positive attitude
- Have good time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
