Position Requirements:
Recent college graduate, looking to start a career path.
Must have a BA or BS in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
Excellent multitasking, organizational and computer skills.
Vibrant and friendly personality.
Location of work: in office (non remote/hybrid).
Must live within 30 miles of and be able to commute to Woodcliff Lake, NJ.
-Assist customers with online transactions.
-Input client notes following email and calls with client into CRM.
-Nurture client relationships and build a rapport with new clients.
-Answer inbound service calls and make outbound service calls.
-Consistent follow up on client calls, emails, inquiries, requests, timely and accurately.
-Assist customers with online applications and online payments.
-Handle customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
-Follow up on online quotes to inform customers of the benefits of our products and pricing.
-Complete sales transactions and processing of payments.
-Practice customer focus, collaboration, and communication with team.
-Retains up to date knowledge of company products.
-Performs additional duties as required and or requested.
-Proficiency with computers skills will be tested.

Our personnel policy requires all staff to wear business attire, to include wearing suite and tie and clean shaven for males.
