Customer Service Representative
ARBICO Organics in Oro Valley, AZ is looking to hire a dynamic, articulate, and conscientious communicator to fill its customer service role. If you are a self- starter and multi-tasker with a positive attitude and pleasant phone demeanor, we want to talk to you! This position is available immediately.
Job Details:
• Responsible for responding to customer inquiries and questions through email, live chat and by phone
• Show confidence and have the ability to effectively communicate with customers
• Establish customer relationships and understand customer needs and expectations to provide relevant solutions
• Make outbound calls to customers regarding orders on hold and payment issues
• Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any matters of contention
• Provide feedback within the company to streamline, correct or improve internal processes
• Diligently work with sales manager and sales team to minimize customer service calls by creating and implementing ‘customer education’ before orders are placed
• Assess needs, identify issues and solve as quickly and efficiently as possible
• Provide assistance to sales staff in order to prevent escalation to customer service
• Work across departments to ensure the best customer experience
• Document customer interactions and update records to ensure accuracy of information
Requirements:
You must be able to work on a computer using Microsoft Office and OE software and be able to navigate the internet.
Any experience with gardening, livestock or farming is a plus.
Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
At least 2+ year of experience in Customer Service.
