Customer Service
Responsibilities Include:
• Assisting in providing a safe, fun and CLEAN environment for all guests.
• Assisting with drop-in care
• Wiping and cleaning equipment throughout the day and thoroughly sanitizing equipment when closing.
• Assisting with planning and overseeing birthday parties and special events.
• Checking guests in and informing guests about available memberships/promotions and upcoming classes/events.
Job Requirements
• The schedule is: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday( as needed )
• Available to work various shifts - 2-3 weekdays and at least one-weekend shift
• must be FUN, upbeat, and have excellent customer service skills.
• Energetic and enthusiastic personality.
• Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-30 pounds during scheduled shift.
• Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift. Some of the equipment requires light climbing when cleaning.
• Keeping the playground clean, straightening up all toys and equipment. Regularly cleaning and checking in on the bathroom.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
