What We Do:

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you are responsible for providing frontline service to our global customers. You play a vital role as a company ambassador and your daily communication defines our customers' opinions. CSRs help our customers through email, chat, and phone calls. Excellent customer experience, the ability to perceive what customers need, and clear communication are your top priorities.

Key Responsibilities

1) Work as part of a team toward a common goal of providing 5-star service
2) Promptly respond and assist customers with valuable information
3) Answer and coordinate time-sensitive requests
4) Communicate timely with customers through issues to resolution

Job Duties: Answer incoming customer inquiries, Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies, Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns, offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
