Countertop Installer
Are you looking for an opportunity to learn or advance your carpentry and construction skills?
Hallmark Stone in Kansas City, MO is looking to hire and train installation assistants. Install assistants learn and are trained in all aspects of stone countertop installation. Successful install assistants could progress to a lead installer in 18-24 months.
Positions are full time and not weather dependent � we are busy all throughout the year. In addition to competitive hourly pay, Hallmark Stone provides paid medical and dental insurance (no cost to you to be insured), paid holidays, 401K, and two weeks paid vacation after one year. Vacation time moves up to 3 weeks at 5 years. Work schedule is Monday through Friday, with occasional half days on Saturday.
Installer assistants must be neat, prompt, and hard working. Helpful to have some basic construction experience including reading a tape measure and working with hand tools. Candidates must be able to pass a background check, possess a valid driver's license, have reliable transportation to and from work, and be able to lift and move heavy objects. Must also be willing to obtain Class E license.
Pay is based on experience.
