Construction Worker

We are currently HIRING a full-time construction worker/job site leader. $22-$30 per hour (based on experience), vacation time, paid holidays, end of year bonus, sick time
The specific daily responsibilities of this person would include:
*Able to show up for the day and show workers what to do as well as jump in and work once everyone knows what to do for the day
*Communicate with subcontractors
*Communicate throughout the day with myself
*Answer questions that may arise during the course of the day
*Be able to problem solve on the job
*Manage the part time staff
Qualifications for this position include:
* Be proficient in at least one trade and willing to learn others
*Need to have basic tools
*Show up on time and be willing to leave a little later if necessary making sure the job is picked up and orderly at the end of the day
*Handles the physical demands of the job, including standing, walking, kneeling, bending, crouching, pulling, pushing, climbing, and lifting at least 80 pounds
*Communicates effectively, speaking English and Spanish is preferred
*Works well independently and with a team
*Knows construction math skills, including how to convert quantities, take measurements, and solve basic equations
*Driver�s license and clean driving record is necessary
