Matcal International is a leader in providing security services in condominium communities since 2006. As a company local to Houston and closely involved in operations, we are seeking a professional candidate with a helpful and friendly demeanor.

Specified job responsibilities vary depending on assignment, but may include:

Completing reports
Access Control
Maintaining inventory of packages and keys
Property patrols
Monitoring CCTV
Greeting entrance and departure of visitors and clients
Responding to emergencies
Qualifications and Essential Functions for this position include:

Ability/authorization to work in the United States
High school diploma or GED
Ability to pass a drug test
Clean background
Professional appearance and demeanor
Typing skills and basic computer knowledge
Non-Commissioned Security License or ability to obtain Non-Commissioned Security License
Reliable transportation
At least 1 year of security experience or related field experience, such as military.
