ONSITE position with CDC and County COVID guidelines and protocols implemented.

JOB DUTIES include:
Handling inbound calls from producers and current customers to provide information or answer questions. Customer contact (i.e., client services) via email, generate varied correspondence, review and issue policies, order and follow-up on inspections, issue endorsements, data entry, review and analyze risk data, and additional related duties.

QUALIFICATIONS include:
� Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field (i.e., Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, etc.)
� Previous administrative/office experience or customer service
� Underwriting and/or Insurance experience is a plus, but not a must
� Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
� Strong communication skills - verbal & written - with a client service focus
� Ability to follow procedures & directions, meet deadlines, and work successfully both independently and as part of the team
� Must be able to pass background and drug screen, including verification of Bachelor�s degree
� Verifiable references from recent work history

COMPENSATION:
$22.00 to $26.00 per hour, depending on experience. Direct-Hire for the right candidate, with a generous benefits package.

SHIFT & LOCATION:
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. Onsite position in a beautiful downtown high rise with views of Petco Park. Parking provided onsite (paid for by company).
