We are actively recruiting to add a Client Service Associate to our team. The person who earns this position will demonstrate:

Experience/Education
• 2-5 years in high-touch Customer Service environment
• HS Diploma
• 1-2 years’ experience in the financial industry, preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field (preferred, but not required)

Areas of Responsibility
• Prepare and review all new account paperwork to ensure documents are in good order
• Provide superior client service by handling incoming client requests and following through to ensure the client’s needs are met
• Coordinates client meeting preparation to ensure all supporting documentation and paperwork are prepared for client meetings
• Proactively and regularly connects with clients to build and deepen relationships
• Actively participates in periodic client appreciation and education events
• Provides proactive administrative support for Practice Manager and Wealth Advisors
• Participates in the development, documentation, and implementation of Departmental Policies and Procedures




Compensation/Schedule
Hourly
$50-60K Annual
Quarterly & Annual Performance Bonus
Full-time: 8-4:30 M-F
Periodic evening and weekend client events
