Client Care Specialist
The Pet’s Vet North End in Boston is seeking a client care specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous veterinary office experience in client relations and customer service, although we’re willing to train the right person to represent the clinic and interface with clients and staff.
Common daily tasks include communicating directly with clients to schedule appointments, update and maintain patient records, perform payment transactions and reporting, along with providing support to veterinary medical staff as needed.
