RxWellness Spine & Health is looking for a sports minded, outgoing, energetic candidate to join our team as a Chiropractic Assistant at our office in Herndon, Virginia. We are specifically looking for a health minded individual that is extremely upbeat and bubbly.

This person's official title will be Chiropractic Assistant or "CA". The ideal CA is a true unicorn that has the ability to multi-task, learn quickly, and be extremely proactive and diligent about their work.

To Be Successful in this Position:
Extremely attentive to detail - this is key for this role as half of your time will be spent recording documentation at the time of the patient visit, while the other half will be spent one on one with the patients, going over stretches and exercises prescribed by the doctor.
Working on computers is fun for you - a lot of your work will be spent working with our EHR system (training is provided) so having a love for working on computers and the ability to learn new things is essential.
A "people person" - you love being around others, and you have the empathy needed to make people feel how much you care about them and their health.
Health conscious - our office believes in overall health and wellness, and we do expect our staff to emulate that in their personal and professional life.

Daily Responsibilities Include:
Facilitating back office flow to maximize efficiency and create an excellent experience for each and every patient in the office
Notating documentation for the Clinic Director at the time of the patient visit in a timely manner (training is provided)
Collaborating with the Practice Manager to assist with front office duties including answering phones, scheduling patients, collecting payments, and verifying insurances (training is provided)
Cleaning and disinfecting tables in between patients to ensure we are keeping up with standard COVID protocols and making the space inviting for all patients
Any other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director or Practice Manager
