Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced, full-time CAD Detailer to join our team.
Reporting to the Lead Resource Manager, the CAD Detailer is responsible for developing 3D CAD models and drawings for aquaculture applications. The candidate must be proficient in the use of Solidworks, Solidworks PDM and AutoCAD. Strong attention to detail and general knowledge of mechanical process development. Additional skills and experience include:
Skills and Experience
Multitask between several projects and multiple engineers, Self-motivated.
AutoCad, Marketing drawings, Renderings, Permit drawings and Plot Plans.
Solidworks, Develop CAD Drawings (2D / 3D) from conceptual sketches & notes from Engineers and designers.
Production part drawings
Weldment assemblies.
General assembly drawings
Installation Drawings
Electrical schematics
Engineering Change Orders
Solidworks Product Data Management (PDM).
Participate in team design and CAD model review meetings, implement Redlines.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to perform job with integrity and values consistent with Innovasea core values
Salary is based on experience.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Minimum Associates degree in CAD or related field.
Experience working with mechanical, electrical a plus.
2-5 years� experience using AutoDesk and Solidworks Products
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with colleagues about issues as they arise.
