Full Job Description:
Inbanet is an elite direct hard money lender, successfully funding loans, over 12 years in experience. Providing in house hard money, fix & flip/Rehab, non-prime (Stated) and more at a very competitive pricing.

We are looking for an energetic telemarketer that is resilient and goal oriented and turn prospective leads into customers! A successful telemarketer must be friendly and persuasive. Ton of quality data provided to aide for your success.

Job Title:
Business Development / Telecommunications

Job Duties:
Perform inbound and outbound calls.
Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining thorough knowledge of all lending programs using your closing sales skills.
Stay up to date on trends to better consult clients
Additional responsibilities related to business needs.

Skills and qualifications:
Possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Effective listening and verbal/non-verbal communication skills
Accountability, adaptability, and motivated mentality
Ability to multitask and work in a competitive and fast paced environment
Effective problem-solving skills
Maintains a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients

Requirements:
Knowledge in real estate lending
English read and write fluently
1-2 years of related cold/warm calls experience
Well spoken individuals

Experience:
Call Center 1+ year preferred
Real Estate 1+ year preferred

Pay/Compensation:
$17-$20/hourly plus bonuses

Location:
Downey, CA

Full Time / Part Time

Schedule:
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
