Cheeky Monkey Brewing creates a one-of-a-kind experience in Boston Fenway area, featuring cross cultured street food paired with entertainment classics. The venue is home to 14 guest drafts, 6 house brews, beer-friendly food, billiards, and more!
With over 81 home Major League Baseball games, 16 concert series planned, and a 5,000-person capacity music hall opening next door, there’s no doubt they’ll be plenty of action at our location. With 4 years of being open we have been one of the top destinations for nightlife in the Fenway area as well as drawing in pre and post Major League Baseball & concert crowds. (You take home all your tips as well!).

Restaurant Floor Manager supports the General Manager and the Assistant General Manager in all facets of the venue operation including the following but not limited to:
People:
Directly manages, develops and coaches the Hourly FOH Supervisor (if applicable), FOH hourly employees, and Mechanic and has the ability to recognize individual’s strengths and weaknesses
Oversees the recruitment and hiring of hourly staff, in conjunction with the General Manager
Ensures that all team members are successfully trained
Facilitates proper communication between all departments; provides proper coaching and counseling to the team
Ensures a positive and creative work environment for all team members and management
Provides coordination (direction, motivation and coaching) to ensure proper levels of service are provided to guests
Ensures that all product meets Cheeky Monkey Brewing's high quality standards and guest expectations
Enforces responsible alcohol service management, practices and training
Financial Management:
Ensures that venue budgetary goals are achieved
Works in conjunction with the GM/AGM to build business through community involvement, marketing and networking
Ensures that Food and Beverage COGs, controllable expenses and labor costs are within budgetary guidelines
Monitors labor cost and team member scheduling on a pre-shift basis according to budgetary goals, while maintaining appropriate staffing levels to ensure quality guest experience
Produces all financial reporting accurately and timely, through a manner that meets Lucky Strike's accounting standards
Venue Vibe and Ambience:
Responsible for the upkeep of the physical elements and atmosphere of the venue (i.e. music, lighting, temperature, cleanliness, line of sight, repair & maintenance of the “FFE” - furniture, fixtures, and equipment)
Ensures team and guest safety, while maintaining an exciting environment with joyful energy
Ensures that all Cheeky Monkey Brewing marketing and promotional programs are implemented and executed to Company standards
Ensures that venue inspections are at, or above company standards; substandard items are addressed and corrected in a timely manner
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years management experience in the Hospitality and/or Entertainment industry
Equivalent combination of the education and experience
Base knowledge of Legal and HR issues consistent with the hospitality industry (Federal, state and local laws regarding liquor, labor and health codes/statutes)
Technologically and computer savvy
