Job description
MUST BE BILINGUAL SPANISH-ENGLISH

� Knowledge of bookkeeping procedures.
� Reconcile bank and credit card statements
� Cash posting, journal entries
� Calculate and file monthly sales tax
� Prepare financial statements for tax purposes
� Process and monitor all regular payrolls. EXPERIENCE PAYROLL KNOWLEDGE
� At least 3 years experience
� Must be proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
� Excellent written and verbal communication skills (bilingual English-Spanish)
� Great organization skills
� Attention to detail and accuracy
� Capable of handling confidential information with tact and diplomacy
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
