The Full Charge Bookkeeper plays a key role in the accounting team. Their responsibilities will include maintaining files, performing accurate data entry, researching information and providing key input for cost reduction measures. The Accounting Clerk will process accounts payable as well as backing up other finance functions.


ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
� Bi-weekly payroll
� Prepare check runs bi-weekly
� Data integrity checks
� Internal auditing
� GAAP compliance
� Reconcile general ledger accounts
� Vendor compliance
� Review vendor invoices
� Account reconciliation
� Manage vendor issues
� Receive, deposit, and enter customer checks and into accounting systems
� Assist Human Resources with employee benefits
� Enter accurate data into accounting systems
� Complete month end functions
� Assist in year-end reporting
� Data integrity checks
� Internal auditing
� GAAP compliance
QUALITIES AND SKILLS:
� 1+ years� experience in payroll, accounts receivable or accounts payable
� High level accuracy
� Excellent in Excel spreadsheets. Enthusiastic about learning and diving into multiple systems to gather financial information.
� Knowledge in Sage 300, we are willing to train
� Hard working

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour DOE
