Looking for very experienced school shadow for 12-year-old boy with autism in small private school. Start ASAP working in home leading to school position. Deep knowledge/training working with autistic profiles. Prior successful experience as school shadow. Executive function, tantrums, rigidity, limited expressive speech, focus, redirection, bathroom/eating habits. Self-starter able to handle case on own without supervision. Work with family, teachers & admin to manage behavioral/academic progress. Last person worked full-time with our son for 6+ years, including summers, and became an integral part of our family.
