Have no worries - we provide comprehensive training for all of our Behavior Technicians to ensure they succeed in their role and future career! With our intensive onboarding training and ongoing support from our Clinical Director and Clinical Supervisors, you will also be prepared to take the certification exam to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) within 90 days of joining our team! Once you�ve earned your RBT certification, you are eligible to upgrade to our Full Time, Salaried Behavior Therapist position! You will never have to worry about inconsistent paychecks. Every member of our Clinical Team is certified with the BACB! Our Clinical Team is composed of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT), Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBA), and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA)! Our RBTs are never left out in the field alone without a successful framework and client-specific plan!

Job Duties:
Provide direct behavioral services to clients in individual and group sessions, in the home, and the community
Run skill acquisition programs with clients using Applied Behavior Analysis methodology and learning theories
Collect data and graph data as instructed using technological programs (e.g., Catalyst and Acupoint)
Work with your Clinical Supervisor to implement individualized treatment plans
Work with your Clinical Supervisor to help the client's parent goals/objectives
Attend weekly supervision meetings with Clinical Supervisor
Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients
Maintain and protect the well-being of all clients during treatment sessions and when emergency crisis situations arise
Other related job duties as assigned by the Clinical Supervisor or upper management and administration

Availability/Location:
Full-Time: Mornings and Evenings required
Part-time: Evenings and Saturdays required
Location of Services: We service all of Northern Virginia! (Including but not limited to: Fairfax County, Loudoun County, Arlington County, Alexandria, and Prince William County)
Compensation and Benefits
Hourly pay: $17.00 - $24.00 commensurate with experience
After 60 days of employment and attainment of RBT certification, the employee is eligible to upgrade to a Salary/Full-Time position

Minimum Qualifications:
Education, Training, and Experience: Must be at least 18 years of age, preferred Bachelor�s Degree in psychology, special education, or any related field; Master�s degree welcome.
Beneficial 1-year experience with children, adolescents, and/or adults with special needs
Knowledge of (ALL training will be provided to eligible candidates): Appropriate behavioral intervention strategies and willingness to learn theories and instructional methods, ethics, laws, and regulations of acceptable behavior interventions
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, correct English grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
