Mary Lucille's is a new bakery, restaurant, with a full bar, and afternoon tearoom. We specialize in scratch made Southern Cuisine and Old Fashioned American Baked Goods served in an upscale setting. Our dinner is fine dining. We will be opening in June in the new Cumming City Center.

We are looking for talented bartenders to help build an amazing team. We will have a premium selection of top liquors. We are a scratch kitchen! Yes, everything! We make our own crust, custards, icing, compotes, whipped cream, croissants, rolls, sauces, dressings and breads. ALMOST EVERYTHING! We will be very busy!
Candidate must have at least 1 year of experience as a bartender, be organized, and have a welcoming personality!
The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the psychology of customer service with a passion for making lifelong friends. We are looking for folks that bartending is in their blood. We are looking for someone whom people schmoozing is truly their true calling.
Responsibilities:
Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
Plan and present bar menu
Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Provide a superior guest experience with true Southern Hospitality.
Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Candidate must adhere to health and safety standards.
