Baker

Baker needed at Mindful Baking Gluten Free and Vegan Bakery servicing the Chicago-land area.
We are located in the Ravenswood Area.

Required Skills:
? Fast learner
? Positive attitude
? Attention to detail
? Able to work in a fast past environment
? Able to follow recipes including converting measurements
? Working with a scale to measure ingredients
? Ability to lift 40lb

Basic Duties:
? Baking small and large production orders
? Packaging
? Washing dishes
? Cleaning of bakery equipment
? Notifying Pastry Chef of low inventory
? Rotation of inventory in storage freezers and refrigerators

Bonus Skills (Not Required) But would love to consider :
? Cupcake/cake decorating
? Icing, piping and working with fondant
? Knowledge of Gluten Free and Vegan cooking as well as of food allergy sensitivities
