Assistant Project Manager
Total Site Development, Inc. is an excavation contractor located in West Chester. We specialize in infrastructure (i.e. sanitary sewer, water mains, stormwater management facilities, earthwork, roads, etc.). In addition to standard site work, we also do interesting projects such as green rooftops, culverts, rain gardens, underground stormwater system using new technologies, and engineered building foundations. Total Site is a veteran owned business and is proud of the reputation we have earned.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
• Communicates with clients and delivers project progress reports
• Develops and manages the budget and timeline
• Collaborates with subcontractors regarding scheduling
• Collaborates with engineers regarding submittals process
• Oversee billing cycles and generate AIAs
Qualifications and Skills:
• Builds strong relationships with clients, contractors, and construction workers
• Excels at organization, time-management, problem-solving, and budgeting
• Background knowledge of site work is a plus but not required. TSD will train right applicant
