The New Hampshire Food Bank is currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team (40 hours/week) as an Assistant Production Cook with the Recipe for Success Program (RFS). The Assistant Production Cook supports the Chef Instructor with administrative duties and outreach functions, and supports the RFS Administrative Assistant with cycle count of NHFB prepared food inventory. Duties

� Assume responsibility for preparing contract agency meals

� Coordinate contract meal food acquisition with Chef Instructor

� Complete any necessary paperwork in a timely fashion

� Supervise the cleaning tasks of RFS Program participants

� Update temperature and meat inventory logs daily

� Assist with the food preparation for bulk meal and catering/outreach functions

� Conduct a weekly cycle count of the Food Bank�s prepared food freezer with RFS Program�s Administrative Assistant

Requirements
� High School Diploma or GED required

� ServSafe Certification required

� Food prep/cooking knowledge and experience using knives and commercial kitchen equipment

� Experience or training in a fast-paced commercial kitchen environment

� Ability to work with individuals of varied backgrounds, be flexible and have personal integrity
