Job Description

General overview of this position requires maintaining the regular functions of a high-volume restaurant under the direction of the General Manager. Duties include supervising employees, providing customer support and interaction, managing daily operations, facilitating needs for back of house, active engagement in social media, maintaining budget, taking the initiative to troubleshoot issues (technical, mechanical and personnel-related) and adhering to labor parameters for restaurant’s success. This position provides training and support while also allowing an employee to grow in their career ambitions.

This individual must work well with both front and back of house employees, management and diverse clientele. Managers schedule may include late nights and early weekend brunch hours.

Job Requirements:

Ability to stand for several hours at a time

Carry and lift up to 40 pounds

Basic knowledge of restaurant equipment

Moderate knowledge of online platforms

Weekend and nighttime availability

Knowledge of alcohol and beverage ordering

Knowledge of POS system

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
