We are hiring a Solar Sales Appointment setter for our Phoenix Field Team. Senergy is in hyper-growth mode, we are in 8 markets across 5 states and looking for amazing people to join our growing team in this $18.7 billion dollar industry.
You will be responsible for working with local homeowners informing consumers on the benefits of solar and setting up follow-up appointments for our Solar Sales Consultants. Your responsibilities are not to close sales, but primarily going door to door to find prospective customers in an assigned area.

There is no experience necessary for this position. We will train you!
Compensation:
Pay is $18 per hour PLUS a very competitive commission plan. Monday-Saturday schedule. Our average appointment setters walk away with $1,100 per week while top performers average $1,400 per week.
Responsibilities:
Knock door-to-door
Inform prospects about the benefits of going solar
Set follow-up appointments with Sales Consultant
Help customers lower their current electricity bill
Report directly to Area Manager
Qualifications:
Ability to build rapport with clients
Go-getter attitude
Detail oriented
Be coachable
Be hungry to grow your career
Previous sales experience/customer service/bilingual are a plus
Must have own reliable transportation with the ability to commute
Must be available to work 3PM to 9PM Monday - Friday and all day Saturday.
