We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:
-Plan and schedule appointments and events
-Greet and assist onsite guests
-Interrelates and works effectively with all levels of authority
-Is in charge of completing various office paperwork
-Receives and directs all incoming calls
-Makes sure outgoing mail is distributed appropriately on a daily basis
-Responds to inquiries
-Maintains a filing system. Make necessary updates to files and modify the filing system of the company
-Open to assisting staff in completing their paperwork for continuity of services.
-Must be able to apply principles of critical thinking to a variety of practical and emergent situations and accurately follow standardized procedures that may call for deviations
-Must be able to apply sound judgment beyond a specific set of instructions and apply knowledge to different factual situations
-Must be alert at all times; pay close attention to details.
Qualifications:
-General knowledge of office practices and procedures
-Computer Skills especially with spreadsheets and word processing
-Ability to prioritize and multitask
-Strong attention to detail
