A Newark, NJ engineering company is looking for a full-time administrative assistant. Duties include assisting project engineers with client invoicing, obtaining certificates of insurance, payroll assistance, word processing and various related duties as assigned. Excellent computer skills including, Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent written and oral communication, including spelling and grammar. Must be able to work independently and under pressure, meeting deadlines. Associates degree in accounting required. 401k and benefits. Equal opportunity employer.
