Administrative Assistant
LIEN ONE, INC., a dynamic nationwide property records research company, is seeking an Administrative Assistant(s) / Data Entry to join our teams.
We are looking for individuals that are enthusiastic team players, motivated, organized, detailed-oriented, computer savvy with a keen eye for detail and that possess a strong customer service focused “can-do” attitude!
NOTE: Although the following skill set (below) is preferred; we are willing to train, and we encourage candidates that are desirous of a long-term employment relationship to apply .
Candidate should have the following skills:
· Excellent Computer skills is a MUST: word processing tools and spreadsheets, (MS Office Word, Excel, Quickbooks, etc.) Google Sheets, Adobe, along with being able to adapt to new procedures.
· Experience/Knowledge: Real Estate -Title- Code - Permits - HOA is a PLUS, but not a requirement.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Great attention to detail.
· Ability and desire to multi-task, organize, and prioritize in a demanding environment; working with a team and independently.
· Ability and desire to handle heavy outbound call volume.
· Maintain superior level of customer service including follow-up procedures of company.
· Proactive in team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
· Strong work ethic and willingness to put in as much time as necessary to get the job done.
