Job description

Responsibilities

Main responsibility will be answering phone calls and taking consumers payment information
Ensure file organization based on office protocol
Provide support around office as needed

Qualifications

Office experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate
Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
Must be able to work night shifts until 8pm
