Our company was established in the 1990s, and has become a well-known brand in the industry over the past 20 years. We specialize in OEM original supplies. Our domestic customers include major retail chains, governments, companies from various industries, universities etc. We are positioning ourselves for a major growth phase to capitalize on our past success. have good computer skills include Microsoft office (Word & Excel) and Outlook

Must be available to start working right away
Duties and Responsibilities:
General office work including phone calls, emails, faxing etc.
Utilizing company internal software to perform data entry from various sources

Being able to accurately match up information from documents to database
Market Research

Customer Feedback

Develop product knowledge to provide support as needed
Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient information flow
