*Please submit your resume now - this position has lots of room for growth! The Office/Administrative Assistant will primarily support the Executive Team, perform administrative and office management duties, and assist in Sales and Marketing teams from time to time.

Responsibilities:

- Provide direct administrative support and assistance to the executive team - managing their calendars and meetings on Google, taking minutes of meetings, setting up reminders, and gatekeeping meeting requests.
- Supporting the team also means prioritizing daily appointments, meetings, and invitations, and communicating with all parties involved.
- Manage some email correspondence for the executive team that includes, but is not limited to, following up with investors, clients, and other external stakeholders, as well as, internal announcements and reminders.
- Liaise between Department Managers and senior leadership on behalf of the executives to gather information on specific requests.
- Office management includes taking initiative in ensuring office supplies are taken care of as well as taking direction from the Director of Operations.
- Direct various support activities for special events, high-level meetings and office visits when necessary.
- When necessary, support Sales and Marketing teams in some administrative, event planning and research tasks
Required Skills & Experience:

- At least 2 years of administrative, sales, and/or executive support experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills with a very keen eye for detail
- Self-starter, team player, with a strong sense of urgency and ability to communicate clearly and effectively under pressure
- Proficiency in the use of Excel, Adobe, G-Suite, project management and web-conferencing tools
