We are seeking an organized and proactive Sales Assistant to support the Vice President of Strategic Relationships. You will be responsible for managing the merchant and distributor application process, any business research and communications involving said process and performing general administrative support to the Vice President of Strategic Relationships. The ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks at once, motivated, self-starter with proven skills and experience in the administrative field and financial services.

Assistant to VP of Strategic Relationships Job Duties and Responsibilities

Maintain positive and professional client relationships
Support executive with general business/personal tasks
Plan and schedule meetings, presentations, and business research for executive; send reminders regarding upcoming appointments
Suggest changes to office task workflow to improve efficiency
Answer phones and communicate with potential partners in a professional manner
Schedule travel arrangements
Update and maintain Salesforce
Assist in preparation of presentation materials
Act as a liaison between Global Primex and potential partners during the application process
Managing the merchant and distributor application process; providing support for any application questions
Sales Assistant Requirements and Qualifications

Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree preferred
1-3+ years of experience as an administrative/executive assistant in relevant field
Fast, proficient, and accurate typist
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Suite and other administrative programs
1-3 years Salesforce/CRM knowledge and experience
An outstanding communicator, both orally and written
Excellent customer service skills
Self-starter who works well independently
Ability to prioritize given tasks and work efficiently towards completing them
Familiar with common office equipment (printers, copier, fax, etc.)
Detail-oriented and exceptional organizational skills
Strong problem solver and analytical thinker
