Job description
Trauma & Family Integration (TFI), LLC is a mental health clinic located in downtown Lowell, MA currently seeking to hire full-time Administrative Assistant. We are an energetic, diverse and friendly practice strive to serve clients, children, and their families. This person will ensure that every interaction is positive and friendly and handled with competence and care.

We are looking for someone with :
* Emotional maturity, and a responsible, compassionate and kind nature
· A positive outlook and a constructive attitude with multi-tasking skills.
· A genuine affinity for customer service and working with people
· Great with organization, priority setting, and attention to detail

We are looking for someone to:

· Answer phones
· Help with filing, data entry, and some light cleaning
· Do anything else that needs to be done to keep things running smoothly
· Copying, scanning or faxing documents
· Filing and Other duties as assigned.

Requirements: o High School diploma or GED o 2+ years of professional related experience o Associate Degree o Bachelor's Degree o Computer knowledge (MS Office) and ability to learn various software and applications. o Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
