EPM is on the lookout for a ROCKSTAR Human Resources to manage vital human resources to achieve a high level of productivity within the company.

The ideal candidate must be an organized and self-motivated professional responsible for playing a leading role in managing a portion of our back-office functions with a primary focus on recruiting and human resources.

A dynamic and high-energy personality with proven professional qualities is a must.

What We Expect of You:

Submit online job postings, shortlist candidates, and schedule and conduct job interviews
Co-ordinate employee offers, onboarding, and regulatory compliance
Manage employee healthcare
Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves and manage the timekeeping system
Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries
Maintain HR compliance and employee documentation, including employee handbook
Provide employee training as required
Provide travel assistance and expense claim management
Other general office duties such as,
Perform various Excel analyses as necessary
Manage agendas, travel plans, and appointments for upper management
Develop and implement organized filing systems
Performing other relevant duties when needed.
Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience:

Three or more years of experience in Human resources
Superb written and verbal communication skills
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Proficient in a variety of computer software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
Multistate recruiting experience is a plus
Comfortable handling confidential information
BS in HR Management or a relevant field is preferred
